Becoming Catholic
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is the process by which adults are brought into the Catholic Church. Through the OCIA program, St. Michael the Archangel offers anyone interested in becoming Catholic an opportunity to explore the Catholic faith. Our goal is to answer your questions pertaining to the faith and provide you with basic Catholic teachings. This allows each individual the freedom to determine whether God is calling you to deepen your relationship with Him through the Catholic Church. The process is unique to each candidate. We welcome you where you are in your faith and prepare you for full communion into the Catholic faith in a relaxed, pressure free environment.
If you have any questions, or wish to register or volunteer for OCIA, please contact the parish office using the contact form below and a staff member will be in touch with you.
For youth education, contact Anna Chase at the parish office or email stmichaelsreligioused@gmail.com.
